Developed, maintained, updated, and enforced policies and procedure including the following: Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), emergency Action Plan, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Working on ISDP & Opera softwares to perform HSE Tasks
Formation and implementation of Site safety plan.
Hazards identification, risk assessment and risk control measures.
Promote health and safety within the organization and develop safer and healthier ways of working.
Inspect and test machinery and electrical equipment to make sure they meet safety regulations
Make sure that personal protective equipment is being used in workplaces according to regulations
Maintain the record and document control relating to HSE
Ensure the development, implementation and updating of required written safety and health programs and plans.
Provide safety induction to newly hired personals
Observe the field and stop unsafe acts and remove unsafe conditions
Carry out instructions in related to other HSE activities as required by the HSE manager
Conduct TBT on the routine basis activities
Prepare and release the daily HSE Bulletin
Provide HSE advice to management, crew and Client personnel as required. This includes being on site at crew start-up, conducting HSE training programs, hazard identification, and accident investigation and follow up.
Continuously inform and educate crew and office personnel on safe work practices and HSE procedures and training requirements.
Participate in OPERA development meetings
Monitor housekeeping program to consistently improve its standards
Participate in Department level meetings on weekly basis
Liaising with HSE Manager on the progress of work and site Safety Protocols
Provide awareness on the use of PPEs
Monitor and report key monthly statistics and ensure it is reported to the region in a timely manner
Providing the directives for waste minimization, pollution prevention and control, and various compliance activities in all areas of HSE.
Conduct the risk assessment.
Participate, Conduct and report the incident and accident investigation and providing recommendations for corrective actions where required.
Conduct the HSE inspection of crew equipment and recommend improvement areas and remedial actions
